The registration data of the parties involved is not sold, exchanged, or disclosed to third parties, but is only shared with the respective owners, condominium, and/or users directly linked to the contracted/used property, and/or with other third parties involved in the rental, when the respective information is necessary for the effective use of the property. Your personal data is fundamental for your contract to be carried out safely and appropriately.

Wehome uses cookies and information from your browsing session to create a profile of the audience that visits the site and to constantly improve our services and content, and to ensure the best property recommendations, offers, and promotions for you. Throughout this process, we maintain your information in absolute secrecy, with the exceptions mentioned above. It's important to remember that your data is recorded by Wehome automatically, without human intervention, except during the preparation/formalization of the contract and/or entry into the property.

Wehome is authorized to keep the collected data in its custody for a period of 20 (twenty) years from the termination of the relationship between the parties.

Even before the aforementioned period, Wehome is also obliged, in the event of an express request from the Involved Party directed to the email contato@wehome.com.br, to return and destroy the collected data within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the request. To ensure that this data remains intact, we expressly advise against disclosing your password to third parties, even friends and relatives.
