Itaim Bibi, one of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, close to Faria Lima and Juscelino Kubitschek Avenue :) Our studio is sensational! Well decorated and large spaces. Comfortable queen bed, air conditioning, wi-fi, full bathroom and a balcony with great views of the city, from the 17th floor. Also, the building's infrastructure is excellent - with an outdoor pool with view, an indoor pool, gym, a squash court and coworking room.
Studio with queen bed (we provide sheets and towels for your stay), air conditioning, SmarTV, wardrobe, full bathroom. The kitchen is small but functional, with several utensils at your disposal. Then, there is a second room, the balcony, our favorite space, with a sofa, dining table and a wonderful view of the city, seen from the 17th floor.
Our guests have full access to the apartment and common areas of the building.
