- Smoking, pets and parties are prohibited inside the apartment;
- For short-term stays, we provide a set of bed linen and towels proportional to the number of guests staying;
- Take care of the linens and household utensils! In case of breakage, loss or permanent stains, a refund will be requested for the item;
- Basic supplies such as toilet paper, water, coffee and sugar are left to meet your needs at first. It is the guest's responsibility to replenish them as needed;
- We are not responsible for packages and correspondence sent or left at the property outside of your stay period.
