Reservations
To validate a reservation, our clients must send proof of payment and registration information so that it is included in the contract*
- • Full name
- • Date of birth
- • Identity card number or passport number
- • CPF (Brazilian tax identification number)
- • Address / Neighborhood / City / Postal Code
- • Telephone number
- • Email address
- • Vehicle details (license plate, model and color) – if applicable
- • Attach photo ID
The reservation will be considered confirmed after signing the contract and confirming the deposit.
Payment methods, reservations, rental and security deposit
- • Payment for the reservation can be made by bank transfer or PayPal (credit card).
- • A security deposit may be required.
- • 100% of the payment must be made before the start of the stay.
- • For stays longer than 30 days, this payment is made every 30 days.
Check-in / Check-out
- • Check-in time: after 4 PM
- • Check-in at different times must be requested in advance and may incur additional costs.
- Check-out
- • Check-out time: 11 AM.
- • Check-out at different times must be requested in advance and may incur additional costs.
Cancellation and changes to the reservation
- • Changes to reservation dates will only be permitted upon written confirmation by Wehome.
- • In case of cancellation without cause, there will be no refund of the rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline.
- • Wehome has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the client, if one of the following occurs:
o the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website,
o disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/or violation of condominium rules,
o organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission,
o failure to pay the full rent or security deposit.
Responsibilities and obligations of our guests
- he guest assumes full responsibility for the rented property and must comply with the condominium regulations and rules;
- • Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the guest.
Visitors
- • Some condominiums do not allow visitors. Please contact us before making any reservation where visitors are expected so that we can provide a more suitable property.
Energy Consumption
- • Some reservations do not include electricity and gas consumption; it is necessary to check your rental agreement. In case of energy charges, the client must pay the bills equivalent to the period of their stay at checkout or, if the rental is longer than 30 days, after each month.
- Jurisdiction
- • The contracting parties elect the Court of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo.
